Object Card

When a container is opened for creation or editing, its Container Card opens in a separate window. This same card is also used to view a selected container from the list in the main TOR interface.

Header Fields Overview

The header of the card contains key container details, including the following fields:

  • State: Visual status of the container, shown as a colored icon next to the CNTR field.
    Possible values:

    • None — Not in use (gray container);

    • Terminal — On land (yellow container);

    • Vessel — At sea (green container);

    • Total Lost — Lost/ removed from use (red container);

    • Sublease — In sublease (blue container).

  • CNTR: Container number. Consists of 4 Latin letters followed by 7 digits. The system validates this format, and containers with invalid numbers cannot be created.

  • Ex-Number: Previous container number. Automatically filled when the Remark Container function is used.

  • Status: Current status of the container.

  • Changed: Date the container status was last updated.

  • Own: Ownership type of the container.

    • None — Default type for new containers;

    • Own — Owned container (set when status is changed to ‘Purchased’);

    • Leased — Leased container (set when status is changed to ‘Lease In’);

    • Shipper Own — Owned by shipper (set when status is changed to ‘Shipper Own Container’).

  • Lease Agreement: Lease agreement number (visible only for leased containers).

  • Lessee: Lessee name (visible only for containers with ‘To Sublease’ status).

  • POL: Port of loading (visible for containers at sea).

  • POD: Port of discharge (visible for containers at sea).

  • ETA: Estimated time of arrival at the discharge port (visible for containers at sea).

  • Voyage: Voyage number and vessel name (visible for containers at sea).

  • Port: Current port location (visible for containers on land).

  • Terminal: Current terminal location (visible for containers on land).
